PELICAN HOLDINGS (PVT) LTD is a limited liability company which registered under the companies act in Sri Lanka. PELICAN HOLDINGS is engaging in manufacturing and supplying of construction materials including Bitumen and bituminous product, cements blocks, cements and concrete curbs, interlocks pawing blocks to the construction industry.We also provide bitumen based water proof solutions, landscaping materials, road construction and landscaping services tailor-made to the customer needs.
OUR PLANT, EQUIPMENTS AND SERVICE
Decanting Plant
Our plant is supported by two modern decanting plants, and we are able to produce bulk 60/70 and 80/100 Bitumen with the total capacity of 100,000 liters per day.
Storage Facilities
Our plant consists of bitumen and Emulsion storage tanks, and we are able to store more than 400,000 liters of bitumen, cut back bitumen, and bituminous emulsion in barrel and liquid form.
Delivery and Transport
Our products are well known in the market, and we are geared to deliver the products at any time of the day to any part of the country. We are equipped with six numbers of 13,500 liters bowsers, four numbers of 20,000 liters bowsers for bitumen transport, two units of 6,000 liters emulsion transport bowsers, and four numbers of ten-wheel trucks for barrel transportation.

- CSS 1, CRS 1, CRS 2, MC 30, and MC 70 - Available in 200Ltr drums and 6,000-13,500Ltr in bulk form
